You like to spend your time: Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer as part of the Revenue Operations team (which is made up of Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Experience) to promote and enable all Revenue Operations workflows Completely owning, operating, and optimizing all our Revenue Operations tools and processes, ensuring all team members are fully trained and using them correctly Including managing subscriptions and integrations, managing users, and troubleshooting errors with internal users and external parties. Promoting the adoption of and adherence to our Revenue Operations Playbook amongst the team, providing necessary training, as well as updating the Playbook as directed by Sales management Ensuring our CRM is complete and accurate and following up with team members to complete details as needed Creating monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports and dashboards to help the RevOps management team leverage insights Including Sales performance, team and individual quota and pipeline performance, Marketing KPIs, and Customer Experience KPIs Assisting the CRO with assigning and overseeing sales territories and leads and enabling Sales team members to perform Coordinating the onboarding of new sales, marketing and CX hires, including training them on all RevOps tools and processes Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to complete sales and finance cycles and resolve any challenges Including liaising with the Sales team when validating whether CLosed Won deal are eligible for commission and working with them to ensure eligibility Including liaising with the Finance team to ensure customer contracts are closed by the Sales team and revenue is collected; monthly commissions and bonus reports are submitted; and expenses are submitted in a timely manner Managing the Revenue Operations Budget in collaboration with management and Finance Scheduling RevOps team meetings and coordinating travel arrangements and other details as requested and other administrative duties as required Your Skills & Experience: 1+ years experience in a similar role supporting SAAS revenue operations or sales teams Hands-on knowledge with the ins and outs of the following or similar tools: HubspotCRM, Outreach, Leadfeeder, Zoom, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pandadoc, etc. Super-user skills with G-Suite and Microsoft Office tools Obsessed with data, dashboards, and Excel Detail-oriented, deadline-oriented, and complexity-friendly Patient, positive, and good with training adults on using new tools and processes Keen to automate, optimize, and improvise on the fly Stellar organizational and communication skills You're Confident With: Fast-paced and competitive Sales environments Figuring out how things work and fixing them when they don't Collaborating with executives, management, and other stakeholders in a remote work environment If this sounds like you, then you're a fit!
