The opportunity
A System Administrator opportunity with our global Systems Innovation team. Working with a group of System Engineers and Administrators to provide tech solutions and exceptional level of service to our end users around the world.
The opportunity would be relevant to anyone with 2 years end user support experience.

Key Responsibilities
Support primary tools used across the business Implement solutions for internal teams globally Contribute to the team's knowledge base Work through the backlog of tickets Provide guidance and support to Techaway colleagues when required Contribute and adhere to patterns and processes Prioritize work and track progress Manage stakeholder expectations Investigate complaints from stakeholders and respond to complex stakeholder inquiries Use best practice to improve products/services or processes Set up processes and metrics that improve efficiency with Just Eat's operational teams Serve as the main point of contact for internal SaaS inquiries and act as direct contact with management team members Provide after-hours on-call support when needed to ensure operations run smoothly Optimize existing SaaS configurations to meet changing requirements Assist in conducting comparisons and evaluations for new software products Hold requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders May lead functional projects or workstreams within a project. Your Profile & Experience
Broad understanding of JUST EAT Group outside of Technology Troubleshooting and managing internal SaaS applications Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira Software, Bitbucket, and Confluence Strong communicator and able to adapt to a variety of audiences and situations Experience working in a Continuous Delivery cycle Experience working with google cloud and AWS Have an eye for detecting process optimization Confident with project management and multitasking skills Have a great attitude and are proven, self-starters Works independently, identifies innovative solutions, receiving minimal guidance. Have a strong sense of urgency and commitment to the business Use a range of skills and techniques to carry out complex tasks Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and driving forward best practices Works independently and is able to solve complex problems Uses best practices to improve products/services or processes. Has subject matter expertise and experience Stays up to date with new technology and existing software used in group What It's Like to work At Skip:
