Purpose of the Role: As a Medical Records Clerk, you will be responsible for sorting, maintaining and updating a large volume of medical records in a timely manner.
What you will do: Manage customer files and claims; Perform continuous quality checks to ensure files are complete and orderly; Verify accuracy and completeness of medical records; Liaise with clients and health care professionals to ensure appropriate documents have been provided; and Organize and document medical file content.
What you will need: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English is essential); Experience and confidence using Microsoft Office, Adobe and other current technologies Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work; Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities; Strong work ethic and ability to use time productivity to accomplish work goals; Demonstrate an ability to multi-task and to manage a high volume of work; Ability to use good judgment in resolving difficult situations; Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team; Ability to work flexible hours is required (e.g., Monday to Friday 10:00am-6:00pm or 12:00pm–8:00pm).
Minimum Qualifications: No previous experience is necessary and full training will be provided to all successful candidates. Why work at DFSI?
