Customer Success Manager
sMedia is looking for 3 experienced Customer Success Managers! This position is responsible to drive the customer success strategy and optimize our customer experience. The main goal of sMedia’s Customer Success department is to continuously improve the experience for our customers, to drive incremental revenue, and establish customer loyalty.
The core focus of sMedia’s Customer Success Department is on the retention and expansion of recurring revenue through advocacy of our products and services. This is achieved through strategic alignment of sMedia’s products and services with the customers’ goals to drive tangible business outcomes. By delivering customer success and satisfaction across our client base, a CSM builds relationships which create opportunities for referrals and testimonials - an integral part of sMedia’s growth.
Roles & Responsibilities: Acting as a partner and advocate for our customers as you work to understand the business needs and alleviate their pain points Having strategic conversations with customers focused on goals attainment Create additional revenue opportunities by fostering deeper product adoption Delivering and communicating ROI throughout the customer lifecycle Identifying opportunities for customers to act as sMedia advocates (referrals, testimonials, etc.) Understanding clients KPIs and building a measurable plan to review with clients on a monthly basis Sharing your extensive digital marketing knowledge to help our customers grow their business using sMedia solutions Creating agendas and follow ups; highlighting key points for performance meetings
Skills & Qualifications: Results-driven Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights Strong understanding of digital marketing Natural ability to network; those that can connect the dots, build relationships, and who are interested in enhancing relationships Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously Strong customer relationship skills with excellent verbal and written skills Highly organized with great attention to detail Automotive and dealership experience an asset Facebook and google certified would be a definite asset
