Your opportunity: We are looking for a Ceridian Dayforce HCM Implementation Consultant to join our People Advisory team and own the following responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client Ceridian Dayforce HCM software implementations Participate in all phases of the software implementation lifecycle including discovery, configuration, testing, go-live, training and post go-live support Document and validate client business requirements, and mapping to Dayforce functionality Configure Dayforce to meet client business requirements, streamlining customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of Dayforce modules Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces Attend internal project meetings and provide status updates on deliverables Set and manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle Provide training to client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of implementations Participate in Dayforce Certification, continuing education and become well-versed on new or enhanced functionality accompanying each new product release Document solutions and best practices and share internally within the People Advisory Practice

Your experience and education
3-5 years of human capital management (HCM) application consulting experience (Dayforce experience is preferred but experience with similar solutions will also be considered) Implementation experience in Payroll, Benefits and Core HR modules Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices Ability to engage with multiple projects and customers at the same time, managing priorities Business process mapping experience Experience with HCM software in a SaaS / Cloud environment Having an understanding of relational databases and SQL is an asset Certification in one or more Dayforce HCM modules will be considered in our selection process (e.g. Payroll, Benefits, Work Force Management) Change management experience is an asset Customer relationship acumen Self-motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiences Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
