We need the individuals to be able to quickly understand a variety of systems, be able to input test cases with minimal supervision, but have the decision making ability to know when to ask questions.

One of the systems that they will have to use is very old and usually requires a strong knowledge of the manual processes, these people would have to understand the system and be able to analyze the workflow to trouble shoot any issues.
